Dublin City Marathon 2014

Anybody entered into the Dublin marathon will be entering their last six weeks of training. As the runs get longer and the miles accumulate extra stress is placed on the body. Tendon and muscle injuries can occur and if they are not addressed, can end up stopping you from training. If you are feeling an ache or a ‘niggle’ coming on then don’t ignore it. Get it seen to as it may ruin your months of training and hard work.
